Declaration: In sensitive family matters, my primary approach is always to seek and guide the client towards the fullest possible consensual solution that protects the interests of minor children as well as those of the client. Only where an agreement cannot be reached do I provide rigorous representation before the courts and other public authorities.
Before taking on any specific case, I always conduct an individual consultation and assess its nature, scope and complexity. The provision of legal services depends, in particular, on my current capacity and availability, the avoidance of any conflict of interest, and mutual agreement on the scope, terms and cost of the engagement. The overview of possible legal services provided here does not imply that I will automatically accept representation in every individual case.

The level of my fees reflects this approach. Fees are agreed individually and take into account, in particular, the nature, complexity, significance and urgency of the matter, the required scope of legal services, and the added value of specialised knowledge and experience.

I state transparently that my legal services are intended primarily for individuals and legal entities who, when choosing legal representation, place expertise, experience, thoroughness and a personal approach above obtaining the lowest price available on the market.

The client is always informed of the method by which the fee will be determined and its anticipated amount following the initial consultation and before the provision of legal services begins.
